The past few weeks if not months could be seen as one of the most stressful for a number of people. Where there’s been an intensity of emotions or being able to express them.
We need to find ways to connect back to self through the things that are shown to us. Through nature, vibration, love and even anger we can find our true selves and what we need to be a little more of. To remember that everything is connected and that what you’re going through now may be linked to what you prayed for months ago. Grounding yourself and being in each moment may help you move forward.
I have noticed that the best thing is to sometimes do what the body says. We are human and we’re allowed to be angry or sad and to show it. To scream when we feel like the energy in our bodies is stuck or to simply write or talk about our experiences. Our bodies find ways to show us what we need to do, yet we tend to ignore these signs because we’re so focused on the things that are going wrong that we forget to stop and listen. To count our blessings and see what we have, the things we prayed for that are still in our lives and still flourishing, never dimmed just forgotten. Taking moments to be grateful is an amazing way to close off chapters of things we asked for before and now just don’t fit into our energy field or where we’re going.
We forget that we live lives of duality, where we can’t just be of light without experiencing darkness and vice versa. Keeping ourselves light hearted or kind and not letting energy flow, no matter what the energy is can cause blockages. These blockages become so intense that you will release the energy through sickness or outbursts, which can be directed at the wrong people or stop your plans in their tracks. Another thing that will bring out these outbursts can be drug overuse, as much as we think these things can help remove our issues or stresses, they are usually what can make everything come to the surface.
Weekly cleansing, grounding and prayer is good to keep you understanding what is going on within you. To put your triggers on paper or speak about them and see which one of your traumas you might not have entirely healed from. We tend to keep ourselves caged up from being hurt or being seen as a dark shadow instead of a light, forgetting that each person we interact with will always see what we say and do differently to ourselves. That the best we can always do is have a pure heart and hope that will show in our words and actions. The deepest part of the human experience is that we forget that yes we are the lead role for our own movie called life, however the supporting actors also matter. The movies where the villain wins or there’s always just happy experiences or there is only one character never work out too well because that takes away from the experience of being a human being. We forget that in order to have the full experience we need other people and we need their different views so we can remember life isn’t linear or easy.
Take time out if you feel stressed, figure out what it is that you still would like in your life. Once you’ve figured this out then you can find where the other people fit in and open yourself up to a little compromise, (because that’s what relationships are about). This way you get to work on yourself and keep your heart on your sleeve where it should always be, giving yourself a little grace like you do for those who have hurt you. This way you know how to create boundaries and for what doesn’t serve you, also learning how to be more vulnerable.
It’s a mouthful, this journey is full of crazy twists and turns, but it’s so so beautiful.
Love, light, progress and everything in between πβ¨π»π¦
